Easy Halloween makeup look

Hiya!

It's makeup time and Halloween is just around the corner, so I figured why not try a little something out? I love trying out makeup looks and have done so ever since I actually had enough makeup to try out different looks. I tend to go for the dramatic, or better said, they end up dramatic because I keep wanting to add something when experimenting. But enough said, this look was totally planned and very easy to do! The only tricky part was getting the rhinestones at the right spot without getting the black eyeliner/shadow all over the place.

So basically I started with a shimmery white highlighter and used it all over my face. Then I drew with black eyeliner a line around my eyes and including the eyebrows since it's easier this way than trying to get them blended in the white and filled this with black eyeshadow. Black eyeliner on my waterline as well. Then with a small brush I used red lipstick to give some depth along the line. And lastly with lash-glue I've stuck on some red rhinestones (this took the most time).
The nose I've lined it with the same eyeliner and afterwards filled it with the same eyeshadow as I've used for my eyes.
And then I've lined my lips with the same eyeliner, slightly exaggerated them by making them a bit bigger and lining the corners upwards into a semi smile. Then I filled it with that eyeliner and added red lipstick (same as the one I used for the eyes). And that's that! Easy peasy!! I think I may be using this for the Halloween horror marathon the movie theatre has here every year! Oh and I added a flower in my hair to refer a bit more to the sugar skull type of look.

PS: The part no one shows: getting the makeup off. And I truly understand why. This is the true horror of the look... But if you want to switch it up at a party with the above look, just go to the bathroom and wash your face a little bit with just water, and tadaa! You are scary as shit! Proof? See the pictures below! Yes I had to do some funny faces, it's tough to be all serious when you're looking like that...
